MX COACHING

Thank you for choosing Moto-X-Workshops to help with your riding development.  Our MX COACHING has an aim to help you improve your riding technique; whether you’re a novice riding for fun on the occasional weekend or a ‘racer’ who is out every weekend competing at the highest level possible, we are here to help you get the most out of your riding.

Take your performance to another level

If there’s one thing that us motorcycle riders have in common it’s that we ALL love to ride our dirt-bikes, and no matter what level we’re at, that sense of freedom, excitement and adrenaline is the same for all of us.

MXW recognises this and in order to make your riding or racing even more enjoyable, we offer specific 1-2-1 MX COACHING services tailored to suit your requirements, regardless of level.

(We also offer GROUP coaching, but limited to a maximum of 5 riders per day)

Help you maximise your potential in a fun and relaxed training environment. No matter where your weakness lies, whether it be cornering, jumping or just going fast in a straight line, there’s nothing better than being able to say to yourself or to your friends that you’ve mastered those areas in your riding that you used to think were so problematic.

HOW TO BOOK A MXW COACHING SESSION:

Reservations can be made either by telephone 07769697613 or via e-mail.If you have any further questions prior to making a booking please do not hesitate to call us regarding your enquiry.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS POOR?

If there has been a prolonged period of rainfall leading up to the day of the school, The MXW MX TRAINING SESSION has the right to cancel and reschedule. This will be done in extreme cases and no later than 48 hours before the event, in agreement and discussion with the rider(s) attending. Some circuits withstand more rain than others and whilst motocross is seen as an all-weather activity it’s better that the students can learn in favourable conditions in order to improve their technique.
=

RIDERS REFRESHMENTS – FOOD AND DRINK!

These will not be provided by MXW, so please be sure to bring enough fluids to see you through the day in order to avoid dehydration – minimum 3 litres – We will stop for lunch so bring your own packed lunch and snacks to keep you going throughout the day. Try to avoid fizzy drinks if you can.
=

TECHNICAL INSPECTION OF YOUR BIKE!

All parents / guardians and riders must ensure that their machinery has been well maintained prior to the commencement of the school and is checked regularly throughout the course of the day. MXW will not be held responsible for poorly maintained equipment.

=

COME EQUIPPED FOR THE DAY!

All riders are responsible for bringing their own equipment to the circuit. This includes a helmet that is ACU approved, goggles, full protective body armour, gloves, knee pads and/or knee braces, full protective clothing and protective boots. Neck braces optional.

For the bike, you must bring a bike stand, fuel, tools and any spare parts that might be required – inner tubes, spark plugs, air filter, gear lever, brake pedal and clutch/brake levers, chain and chain lube.

=

ADULTS & YOUTH RIDERS SEPARATION:

MXW operates a ‘safety first’ policy at all times.

Training days will cater for Youth (65cc / 85cc / 150CRF) and Adults (125cc – 450cc). This helps to create a positive learning environment for all students attending our schools.

Please state whether you are a novice, intermediate or expert when booking to ensure correct grouping of riders and abilities.

=

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

While some schools might cater for ‘all ages’ – MXW MC COACHING DAYS prefer to work with riders with a minimum age of 7.
